We at IRN, Inc. have had the pleasure of wearing many different hats as educators.  Our varied experiences in the classroom have given us the opportunity to view educational practices from a variety of perspectives.  We always insist on testing the research ourselves to find out what works and what doesn’t in a “standards” classroom.

As founder and director of IRN, Inc., Amanda continues the mission to revolutionize teaching AND learning!

Rebecca Louth, M.Ed., an educator of 10 years, is currently serving as our Teacher as Researcher for Pre-K to first grade!  For many years Rebecca used the Interactive Reading & Notetaking Strategy at the middle school level with great success!  However, she wished her students had had the strategies way before 6th, 7th, and 8th grade! Consequently, she is dedicated to helping to close the achievement gap by ensuring that all beginning learners have the Interactive Reading & Notetaking Strategy in their repertoire!

Nichole Donnelly, our administrative assistant, is here to help with questions about your order or workshops!  She is also very informed on how the Interactive Reading & Notetaking Strategy works from preschool (She has 3 children at this level!) all the way to college (She is a nursing student!). The Interactive Reading & Notetaking Strategy works with all children, in all subject areas, and from preschool to college and beyond!  WOO HOO!
